Hi, my name is Bart as the Managing Director and co-owner, I’m responsible for all the day-to-day operations and general affairs. In the early stages of my career, I immersed myself in the world of HR services, starting when I was just 20 years old. It was a time when the landscape of payroll and temporary work was vastly different from what it is today. Back then, the focus was primarily on matching the right individuals with job opportunities, but the regulatory framework was not as developed as it is now, especially in terms of compliance.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve witnessed a remarkable evolution in payroll practices. Initially, there were few specific rules and regulations governing temporary work and payroll. This lack of oversight led to situations where some parties would underpay staff members, often in violation of Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs).
However, as Dutch politics began to prioritize issues surrounding temp agencies and payroll, the regulatory landscape underwent significant changes.
With the introduction of more stringent rules and regulations, those operating with questionable intentions found it increasingly difficult to navigate the system. Obtaining the necessary licenses became essential for compliance and legitimacy.

Regularly engaging in discussions with colleagues and business associates, I stay abreast of developments in the financial and tax fields. Additionally, I make it a point to attend classes periodically to continually update my knowledge and skills.
